We’re now looking for a <strong>Manual QA Engineer</strong> who will play a key role in ensuring our product is reliable, scalable, and delightful to use.</p> <p>?<strong> What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul><li>Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases</li><li>Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing</li><li>Validate web services and data flows (REST APIs, database queries, etc.)</li><li>Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to understand features and resolve issues</li><li>Monitor QA pipelines via tools like <strong>GitHub Actions</strong> and work with cloud environments such as <strong>AWS</strong></li><li>Contribute to continuous process improvement and documentation</li><li>Optionally begin exploring automation tools with mentorship from our engineering team</li></ul> <p>?<strong> What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul><li>Minimum <strong>3 years of experience</strong> in Manual QA</li><li>Deep understanding of QA methodologies, testing life cycles, and best practices</li><li>Experience with web fundamentals: <strong>HTTP status codes, authentication, headers</strong></li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>API testing</strong> tools like Postman or similar</li><li>Experience working with <strong>databases</strong> (MongoDB preferred)</li><li>Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of testing flows</li><li>Experience with <strong>AWS</strong> environments and <strong>GitHub Actions</strong> (or similar CI/CD tools)</li><li>Bonus: Familiarity with or interest in <strong>test automation frameworks</strong></li></ul> <p>?<strong> Who You Are</strong></p> <ul><li>Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset</li><li>Clear and professional communicator in English (both verbal and written)</li><li>A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, product-driven environments</li><li>Team-oriented and always ready to collaborate, share feedback, and grow</li></ul> <p>Tech stack</p> <p>manual QA  API Testing  Postman Mongo DB  AWS ECS/S3  GitHub Actions  English</p>
